The front portico on this 1937 home had seen better days. With new additions to this traditional home, the existing portico was looking outdated and out of scale.

With the input of our client, GDS was able to propose two schemes for new porticos which work with the proportions of this ever-changing colonial. Each scheme works to enhance the home and give more of an emphasis to the front entry.

Minor updates like this can make a world of difference in the overall appearance of a home. “It’s all in the details.”
