This 1959 ranch was transformed into an updated French cottage. During the renovation the project was gutted and the floor plan was reprogrammed.

Additions to the existing home were built along with all new doors and windows, a flared cedar shingle roof, a new pool and pool deck, and stucco exterior siding. All new appliances, Hvac system, and foam insulation were included for efficiency.

The end result is a better functioning home for the client with a new aesthetic which coheres with the clients own sense of style.
