This new build is designed for a retired client who was looking for one level living.

With their love of Floridian architecture, GDS was put to the task of designing a home of this style that could fit into the New England landscape. Some highlights of this design include, a first-floor primary suite, cathedral ceilings throughout, open floor plan, access to an outdoor living space and an indoor/outdoor fireplace.

While the client wanted the home to have one level living, they were also looking for space where visiting family could stay. GDS designed this home to appear as one story, with second floor dormers to create space for extra guest bedrooms. This gave the home a low-profile and expansive floor plan.
